Look at all these outlets! There’s nothing worse than needing to plug in an appliance or accessory and finding that all the outlets are full. We want to make sure that doesn’t happen to you and offer plenty of electrical connection points. For a healthy dose of daylight, we also made sure to install an easily operable awning window. This means you can get a little breeze and sunshine while completing your inside tasks.
Custom Lighting
Light fixtures can enhance the appearance of a room beyond measure. Here at JLT, we strive to install lighting systems which truly bring out the best in a room. The suspended fixture shown here, works well to add a soft glow to the space and provide the inhabitants with a sense of warmth and comfort.
Circular Tub
Everyone loves a good soak after a long hard day. We have the perfect fixture for that with this beautiful circular tub. Fitted with large attractive controls, and a comfortable shape, this will be a great space to unwind and relax. Soak up the pleasure!
Bathroom Countertop
Check out the perfect harmony of elements built into this bathroom countertop. Now we just need to add the mirror for the final touch. You’ll also notice that the backsplash here matches the backsplash in the kitchen shown in an earlier post.

We are making great progress here at the Nedonna beach house. This sleek and modern ceiling fan offers a dark contrast to the warm tones of the ceiling finish. The rooms are coming together with high quality craftsmanship and excellent fixture installation!

Over-the-range microwaves are a great addition to any kitchen since they are out of the way, freeing up counter space, and function as a fan and light over the range. This microwave looks great in the new Nedonna Beach house.

Things are really moving along with the custom house that we’re building in Nedonna Beach. Here we are getting ready to spread gravel around for the driveway.

Here is a view from the backyard of the house that we are building in Nedonna Beach. The deck has a great view of the ocean and will provide countless hours of relaxation while watching and listening to the waves hit the shore.
