JLT Construction built a Juliet balcony at the top of the stairs in this home. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the expansive view, and occasionally watch bald eagles across the lake!

Windows are a big part of this project and JLT Construction has installed them in interesting places, such as these tall narrow windows flanking the bay window of the master suite. They allow the owners to enjoy more of the view and more natural light.

The windows are going in on 1st Street and they’re looking great. It’s exciting to see this building get a new start and JLT is happy to be part of the process.

The house in Garibaldi is looking great! New siding, windows, and wooden stairway are starting to bring everything together. The sunny weather is giving us a great work environment and we are making the most of it.

Happy 4th of July from all of us at JLT Construction! We have a hard time taking a break once we get started on a project, even if it’s a holiday. Don’t worry, Toby will surely be relaxing later and watching some fireworks. But first, he’s determined to finish setting these snap ties on the stem wall.
A Wild Morning Welcome in Nedonna Beach
We’re certainly not the only ones that love it out here on the coast! One of the many perks we get to enjoy is the ability to get up close and personal with the wildlife that surrounds us. This young buck that hasn’t quite shed his velvet was here to greet us in the morning at the entrance to Nedonna Beach.
