JLT Construction is making amazing progress on this remodel. Installation of the shake siding is almost finished, and an interesting contrast in textures surprises at the entry with this corrugated metal surface that Toby is cutting for installation.

There are many windows in this lovely home remodel by JLT Construction. Bill will be using the saw often to cut trim boards. The finished look will be crisp and clean with shake siding installed next to the trim.

At JLT Construction, thorough prep work is important in maintaining a clean working environment for finishes. Insulation has been installed and plastic sheeting has been added. Eventually sheetrock will be in place and the rooms will be nearly ready to paint!

JLT Construction is starting a new project in Garibaldi from the ground up! Every building needs a good foundation. This one has been poured with wall mounts installed and secured. Soon the framing will go up and it’ll be easier to imagine how this brand new home will look when it’s finished!
