Beautiful siding expertly installed!
JLT Construction is installing beautiful siding on this remodel. Chuck uses a siding panel to line things up, working from bottom to top as each layer is added. This simple look is right at home at the beach.
Window Preparation
We are just about ready for the siding but first have to finish the preparation for the windows. When building on the Oregon Coast, the coastal climate must be taken into account for any construction project. Since JLT is based right here in Garibaldi we’ve dealt with the coastal elements and know firsthand what it takes to better protect your investment, from using higher quality materials and proper preparation and workmanship.

The house in Garibaldi is looking great! New siding, windows, and wooden stairway are starting to bring everything together. The sunny weather is giving us a great work environment and we are making the most of it.

We just finished installing this aluminum garage door at the new house in Nedonna Beach. This garage door features panes of frosted glass and looks absolutely stunning.
