With the beautiful weather, we’ve been able to make a lot of progress the last few days. The exterior is complete for buildings #2 and #3.

Hooray! The roofing is complete on building three. Now it’s time to paint the siding and trim.

Made some great progress with the weather proofing for building #3. Now it’s time to install the siding.

JLT Construction will be building a few more homes in this peaceful setting. It’s quiet at the end of this deadend street, and yet it’s conveniently only a few blocks from Hwy. 101.
It won’t be long now! JLT is finishing up so the new homeowners can move in soon!
JLT Construction is moving quickly to get these homeowners into their brand new Garibaldi home. The kitchen cabinets are being installed, the recessed ceiling lights are working in the kitchen, the wide windowsills are in place and the walls have been painted. It won’t be long now!
