We’re getting ready to install the windows. That means making sure we protect against the elements with proper waterproofing membranes such as FortiFlash. The Oregon Coast can punish buildings with harsh weather. JLT is dedicated to using high quality products to keep the weather outside of the building envelope.

We’re installing the soffits and making sure the home will breathe easily and maintain high quality ventilation. JLT wants to make sure its structures on the Oregon Coast are not only beautiful but also comfortable and practical for the homeowner.

The front porch and deck are coming along nicely here in Rockaway. We’ll soon get a set of stairs built but for now the ramp is our way in and out of the house.

It takes a lot of plywood to sheath a house and we want to keep our materials close at hand. JLT works hard to make sure work is done right and on a timely schedule.

You need a team to lift the rafters into place and we’ve got a great group of guys to do all that heavy lifting.

We’ve moved past the foundation here in Rockaway and it feels good to be doing some framing. The sheathing is going on and really starting to bring the design to life.
