Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend. Here is a picture of us installing the roofing on building #3 at the Garibaldi Apartment project.

The weatherproofing is in place for building #2 and it’s time to install the siding.

Building #1’s weatherproofing is up and it’s just about ready for siding!

The framing for the second story of building #3 is complete. Now it’s time to install the trusses.

The second story of building #3 is framed and progressing nicely. The JLT Construction crew is definitely taking advantage of this mild fall weather.

Building #2 is really starting to take shape! The windows are going in and the roof is prepared and ready for install.

Who can say it’s fall when the weather is as nice as it is today? These windows at the Garibaldi apartment project provide the perfect look and keep the elements out and the warmth in.
