1st Street Windows
The windows are going in on 1st Street and they’re looking great. It’s exciting to see this building get a new start and JLT is happy to be part of the process.
Downtown Tillamook Renovation
Our renovation, of Tillamook’s 1st Street commercial building, is steadily progressing. All the framing is nailed in and we’re ready for some windows!
Planning for the Future
You can see the ledger board here on the front of the house. Eventually a larger deck will be added and extend out toward the bay. One of the great things about working with JLT is our commitment to helping you plan for future additions and expansions. We want to make sure you are happy today and tomorrow!
Timely Work
It takes a lot of plywood to sheath a house and we want to keep our materials close at hand. JLT works hard to make sure work is done right and on a timely schedule.
A Great Team
You need a team to lift the rafters into place and we’ve got a great group of guys to do all that heavy lifting.
Attention to Detail
Toby is making sure the measurements are right as he works on the entrance deck for the Garibaldi house. JLT prides itself on fine craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail.
Rockaway Framing
We’ve moved past the foundation here in Rockaway and it feels good to be doing some framing. The sheathing is going on and really starting to bring the design to life.
Garibaldi Siding, Windows, and Decking
The house in Garibaldi is looking great! New siding, windows, and wooden stairway are starting to bring everything together. The sunny weather is giving us a great work environment and we are making the most of it.
