Beach House Completion
We are excited to announce the completion of this custom home in Nedonna Beach. Every house we build must meet our high JLT standards and are built to stand the test of time. This project has been a lot of fun, especially given it’s proximity to the beach.
New Shower
We’ve just finished installing this beautiful new shower at the Nedonna Beach House. The gleam of new fixtures and sparkle of fresh surfaces is always a rewarding end to a project. JLT is committed to making your home a place you admire.
Commercial Renovation
We are excited about being part of this commercial renovation in downtown Tillamook. It feels good to be re-energizing an old building into something fresh. We’re looking forward to seeing businesses thrive in what will soon become a fantastic new space.
Lighting and Power
Look at all these outlets! There’s nothing worse than needing to plug in an appliance or accessory and finding that all the outlets are full. We want to make sure that doesn’t happen to you and offer plenty of electrical connection points. For a healthy dose of daylight, we also made sure to install an easily operable awning window. This means you can get a little breeze and sunshine while completing your inside tasks.
Custom Lighting
Light fixtures can enhance the appearance of a room beyond measure. Here at JLT, we strive to install lighting systems which truly bring out the best in a room. The suspended fixture shown here, works well to add a soft glow to the space and provide the inhabitants with a sense of warmth and comfort.
Circular Tub
Everyone loves a good soak after a long hard day. We have the perfect fixture for that with this beautiful circular tub. Fitted with large attractive controls, and a comfortable shape, this will be a great space to unwind and relax. Soak up the pleasure!
Bathroom Countertop
Check out the perfect harmony of elements built into this bathroom countertop. Now we just need to add the mirror for the final touch. You’ll also notice that the backsplash here matches the backsplash in the kitchen shown in an earlier post.
Ceiling Fans
We are making great progress here at the Nedonna beach house. This sleek and modern ceiling fan offers a dark contrast to the warm tones of the ceiling finish. The rooms are coming together with high quality craftsmanship and excellent fixture installation!
